Newsflash: Apple is nearly as "evil-proprietary", if not more, than Microsoft. Their niche market status is what has protected them from viruses and spyware.
but yes, definitely, Switch from Windows to something better!

PS- calling Microsoft a virus and spyware ridden regime when it's only a reflection of their inept users, is sorta like condemning the Catholic church for the sins of it's members.
I'm sorry, I couldn't resist.
That might not be a good argument to try and make there Justin
as the Microsoft products are inherently flawed, and for the most part are quite shoddy (though perhaps from pressure to have features out the door before they are ready, but that is irrelavent), and I doubt you'd claim the Catholic Church is inherently flawed

Not sure that that would fit, because as far as I know, you don't have to pay to get in to Catholic churches either...
Yeah... that's why I said "something better" and not "a mac"
Apple is getting better and they are definately contributing to the OSS community.

Well, I certainly hope you were paid for that glowing advertisement.
Unfortunately, I was not paid... though if someone from apple sees this... they would be more than welcome to make a donation from this website.
Finally a Mac I can give my parents that will not cost me an arm and a leg! There is no excuse, now that Apple has released the
