Woahs of the Network Admin November 17. 2006

The CUTAP committee on campus is trying to impart the urgency in the current crisis with bandwidth we have at SJC. The problem is many fold but when we brought it up to the faculty it was after a huge argument about working on Sundays. Instead of letting the admissions people determine a plan of action the assembly tried to micromanage. Thumbs Down At any rate, the administration got flustered at our presentation and so now the committee is writing a response to the faculty so as to clear up any mis-understandings.

On another note, I just recently discovered that during the time of the apostles the greek term christos which we translate as Christ had a meaning of "ointment" to all but the Christian and Jewish movement during that time. In other words, when someone read or heard yesu christu it would sound like "Joshua the Ointment" or translated into our common vernacular 'Jesus the Gold-Bond-Medicated-Cream.' It brings a whole new meaning to Jesus the healer. :-)

you think that's bad...

I sent an email that said

"Speak now or forever hold your piece"

o.O!

Plus I can pretend I intended it and was using the "Woah!" as in the joey lawrence or stopping point meaning... as in both of the stories in the paragraphs where a halting point for reflection :-)
